Cheryl Brzezowski has been named the 2009 Woman of Influence winner for the Innovation Category.  The innovation winner recognizes women who have improved the lives of others by helping start a business, product or service in the field of engineering, science, technology, biotechnology or medicine.  Cheryl is being recognized for her participation, project management and development of a Cardiac Heart Monitoring system that non-invasively tracks cardiac metrics and will ultimately cost insurance companies less for comparable tests.  The Hickey Catheter is one of several electronic medical devices Applied Science Groups engineers like Cheryl have been involved with prototype development. 

A luncheon was held on September 24th at Salvatore's Italian Garden's to recognize this years award winners.
